As described in our Safe Harbour certification, we comply with the US-EU Safe Harbour Framework and the US-Swiss Safe Harbour Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal information from European Union member countries and Switzerland. Google has certified that it adheres to the Safe Harbour Privacy Principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access and enforcement. Google is a member of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI), a cooperative of companies committed to building responsible advertising policies across the Internet. Google also adheres to the UK Internet Advertising Bureau Good Practice Principles for Online Behavioural Advertising, the Australian Best Practice Guideline for Online Behavioural Advertising and IAB Europe’s European Framework for Online Behavioural Advertising.
