I've recommended Richard to friends and colleagues who have always been more than happy with the guidance he had provided. Couldn't do without him!
27 Aug 2010 Proactive - no fuss, just gets the job done I've been using Richard for several years now for my business and private tax purposes and have been struck at how he just gets on with the job, no fuss. He takes care to draw my attention to tax saving opportunities, letting me take the decision on how far I pursue them. He recently spotted an overpayment which flowed from some misinformation elsewhere and before I know it there is a tax refund waiting for us. I know there are some dodgy accountants about, especially in the world of small businesses, but I like using Richard because I know everything will be done exactly the way I like it: with complete integrity, discretion and professionalism.

- 13 Mar 2009 Self-Assessment tax returns for individuals After weeks putting off filling in my self-assessment forms, I finally gave in and asked for professional accountant support - the deadline was getting too close and there were still too many things that I was confused about doing self-assessment for the first time... Wish I had done this long time back: The reasonable fee was more than worth the saving in time, effort and angst over having done things correctly - and even resulted in getting tax rebate back. I would unhesitaingly recommend Chandlers for fast, efficient and friendly service.
