- 5 Jan 2012 Very professional set up with a very professional and accommodating guy at the controls. Took the time to listen to my ideas and did his best to achieve my aims - yet was still keeping me realistic! (Artists eh?) I was delighted with the outcome of my time with Robert. Would have no problem recommending him and his services again.
- 5 Jan 2012 I spent 2 hours recording at WAX after buying a voucher from Groupon. It's a great space hidden away behind Brick Lane; Robert was really helpful and made some useful suggestions while I was laying down vocals. I'd definitely recommend this studio, really happy with the results.

- 14 Jun 2011 I had really productive session at Wax a couple of weeks ago. Robert really knows his room and his Mic's and I was very impressed with the sounds we were able to achieve in a small amount of time. In my opinion Wax beats some of the much more expensive places I have worked for sound and vibe. I used Wax for a mixture of Tracking and Live recording over three days, the room has a great sound, the booth is nice and spacious and there are enough monitor mixes to keep everyone happy and hearing what they need to hear. Robert has a really nice collection of Mic's all feeding into a Vintage Trident board with lovely sounding Pre's. Editing wise, I enjoyed sitting back and viewing the Protools Edit on what must be at least a 38" display! Set up took next to no time and any mic changes were all made very quickly without any of the usual technical downtime that I have often experienced at other studios. This place is all about the music...the band I took there felt very comfortable and very much enjoyed the sessions . Location ...
