- 4 Nov 2011 The service I received from Castle Comfort Stairlifts was brilliant. I needed a stairlift urgently for my elderly mum and after contacting them it was installed the next day,the engineer did a great job and cleaned up before leaving. The stairlift has made life a lot easier for my mum, and Keith the director was very helpful in getting it sorted.
- 1 Jul 2011 i would like to thank castle comfort for all there suport installing and removing the stair lift from my home it was only installed for a short time by first class installers dealt with the managing director keith what a lovly man kind and knows whats what in stair lifts has all the information you will need to now even after installing the stair lift a lovely boque of flowers arrived for my wife you will not find any one who suplise stair lifts who will go out of there way to help you like castle comfort do inmy opineion they are the bees knees in stair lifts i can only congratulate them first class service all the yime from first class company what ateam they are dont go anywere else if you want fisrt class treatment go to castle comfort they are the best
2 Nov 2010 Castle Comfort Centre No words are adequate to descibe the quality of advice and service offered by Ann and Keith. Their friendly and knowledgable approach puts you at your ease and makes a visit to their showroom a pleasure. Having purchased two riser recliners and two adjustable beds ,all delivered and fitted with the same quality of service, I recommended them to my 90 year old father who needed a bed, He too was 'bowled over' by the old fashioned and now all too rare personal service he received at the firm. So much so he is thinking of having a riser recliner from them! I strongly recomend them to you.
7 Sep 2010 Riser recliner chair I would like to say a big thankyou to Ann & Keith. I recently purchased a riser recliner for my Father from them and from the moment that I first spoke to them, they put me at ease. They took into account my budget, were thorough, friendly, genuine people, thet let me take my time, gave great advice, and even entertained my little boy! My Dad is over the moon with his chair, and finally has found comfort. I would recommend them to anyone, and have!
