- a year ago Excellent Sunroom! We wanted to add a sunroom to our house back in 2008 and chose Central Scotland Joinery to do the job. I had heard they gave a great guarantee for their work, and that is one of the biggest reasons we chose to use them. The work was excellent and we barely even noticed the workers. I am selling the house right now and I can transfer the 10 year guarantee to the next owner; that should speed up the selling!
